Why isn't this in the App Store / Play Store?

DocPasser is an installable web app (PWA) — the same technology Twitter, Starbucks and Uber use. It means updates reach you instantly (no store review delays), it works offline, your licence works on unlimited devices, and no app store takes a 30% cut that would push the price up. Install it once and it behaves exactly like a native app: its own icon, its own window, no browser bars.
